Cheeks Ahoy
Cheeks Ahoy replace the disposables that leave the house fastest — cotton rounds, paper towel, face wipes — with organic cotton, hemp and bamboo versions that go in the wash instead of the bin.
The range covers facial rounds in four fabrics, unpaper towels in one and two ply, cloth wipes and nursing pads.

Which facial round should I choose?
They all do the same job. The fabric decides how it feels and how well it hides what you have taken off your face.

The black ones are the practical answer to the main complaint about reusable rounds: they work exactly the same, they just do not look grubby afterwards.
How do you wash them?
Put them in a mesh laundry bag — small rounds are the classic thing to lose in a machine — and run them with a normal load. Skip fabric softener, which coats the fibres and makes them less absorbent over time.
Rinse anything oily under the tap before it goes in the bag. Cleansing balm and heavy makeup set into cotton if they dry in.
Unpaper towels: one ply or two?
One ply is thinner and dries quickly — the one for wiping hands and light spills. Two ply is thicker and more absorbent, closer to what you would reach for on a real spill.
The pre-rolled version comes wound on a tube so it sits where your paper towel used to. That sounds cosmetic, but it is the thing that decides whether the household actually uses them or reverts.
Nursing pads
Bamboo and cotton washable pads, sold in pairs. Buying two sets is the usual advice, so one is drying while the other is in use.
