Cocoon Apothecary
Cocoon Apothecary make plant-based skincare that covers a full routine — cleansers, toners, serums, creams and eye care — alongside bath salts, body lotions and a couple of tools.
Everything is vegan and made without synthetic fragrance, with the products named for what they do rather than for a range.

Building a routine
The names do not tell you where each product sits, so here is the order.
| Step | Products |

| 2. Tone | Rose Dew, Orange Blossom |
| 3. Treat | Nordic Boost hydrating serum, argan / rosehip / Rosey Cheeks oil serums, Carotene Glow booster |
| 4. Moisturise | Orange Blossom cream, Rosey Cheeks cream, Reflector SPF 30 |
| 5. Eyes | Eyewaken eye cream |
Which cleanser?
Three textures, and the difference matters more than the scent:
- Milk cleanser — the gentlest. Dry, mature or reactive skin, and the one that removes makeup without stripping
- Gel cleanser — the everyday choice for normal to oily skin
- Exfoliating gel — the same idea with grains. Once or twice a week, not daily
Oil serum or hydrating serum?
They do different jobs and are often bought as substitutes for each other by mistake. Nordic Boost is water-based and adds hydration into the skin. The oil serums — argan, rosehip, Rosey Cheeks — are lipids that seal moisture in and soften the surface.
If your skin feels tight, you want hydration. If it feels rough or flaky, you want oil. If it is both, use the hydrating serum first and the oil over it, never the other way round — oil does not let a water-based serum through.
Beyond the face
Bath salts in four scents, three body lotions, two bubble baths, a wooden dry body brush and a jade roller. The dry brush and the roller are the two things here that are tools rather than formulas — useful, but neither is doing the work that the serums are.
A frank note on availability
Most of this range is out of stock at the moment, with only a handful of items in. Nothing is discontinued, but if you are trying to assemble a full routine today you will not be able to complete it from this shelf — it is worth checking back or asking us when the next order lands.
